  • Cancellation Policy

    Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

  • Please understand that this policy allows us the opportunity to schedule last-minute waslk-ins and fill the time they had reserved for your cancellation.
  • Just give us a call and we will be glad to reschedule your appointment, if no one answers please leave a message with our voicemail.
    Emails are not accepted as a form of cancellation.

  • Late arrivals policy

  • We respectfully ask that you please arrive for appointments on time. Your appointment is defined by the services that you request. Therefore you must be on time for your professional service to insure the proper time necessary.
  • "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

  • Credit card policy

    Credit cards are taken over the phone or by our online booking system. Your credit card information secures the appointment. JK Services, observes strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept.

  • Our online booking system has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. Security measures are also based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

    • Groupon and living social

      Services that are not outlined in the coupon may be extra and are under the descretion of JK Services. Not all stylists participate in coupons.
